Hippocrates Diet

The Hippocrates Diet is comprised of raw vegan foods (plant-based uncooked foods) plus a few daily additions: (i) chlorophyll-rich grass juices (e.g. wheatgrass), (ii) sprouted raw nuts, seeds, grains and plants and (iii) algae and sea vegetables.

Below are some of the resources available if you are interested in learning more.

As with any diet, it is important to fully research and form your own opinion on whether a Hippocrates diet is right for you in partnership with a qualified healthcare professional.
