Hippocrates Diet

The Hippocrates Diet is comprised of raw vegan foods (plant-based uncooked foods) plus a few daily additions: (i) chlorophyll-rich grass juices (e.g. wheatgrass), (ii) sprouted raw nuts, seeds, grains and plants and (iii) algae and sea vegetables.
