Everyone's body and health challenge is unique. While we provide a lot of resources on this website, probably the most important ones are the links to different types of clinics and practitioners who have been trained to understand and help support your individual body's healing process. Below are just a few of the resources available to help you learn more.

As with any type of full wellness support, it is important to fully research and form your own opinion on these clinics and practitioners in partnership with a qualified healthcare professional.

Ayurveda is the science of life and longevity (Ayur = life, Veda = science or knowledge) and is one of the most sophisticated mind-body health systems in the world. According to the Chopra Institute, there are “two main guiding principles of Ayurveda: (1) the mind and body are inextricably connected and (2) nothing has more power to heal and transform the body than the mind. Freedom from illness depends upon expanding our own awareness, bringing it into balance, and then expanding that balance to the body.”

The Hippocrates Health Institute, a non-profit organization located in West Palm Beach, Florida, bases its wellness philosophy on a simple message shared by Hippocrates 2,500 years ago: "Let food be they medicine and medicine be thy food." The institute offers a signature Life Transformation Program and a Comprehensive Cancer Wellness Program for people with cancer and other diseases. These programs incorporate the most powerful protocols in integrative, holistic and alternative healing modalities, combining Nutritional Science, Lifestyle Intervention, Energy & Regenerative Medicine and PsychoNeuroImmunology to regenerate and restore optimal health and longevity.

Integrative medicine seeks to restore and maintain health and wellness by understanding the patient's unique set of circumstances and addressing the full range of physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences affecting health. Using conventional, complementary and alternative medicine modalities, integrative medicine seeks to address not just immediate health problems, but also the deeper causes of disease, illness prevention and the development of healthy behaviors and skills that can be used throughout a patient's life.

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body in order to determine the underlying causes of ill health. When these are corrected through safe, natural, nutritional means, the body can repair itself in order to attain and maintain more optimum health.
