Detoxification is the process by which toxins are eliminated from our bodies. How does this happen? How does it benefit our health? And why do we need to help our bodies with this process?

On June 23rd, Anthony Martinez Beven, Certified Live Blood Analyst & Detox Specialist, joined Connect4Hope for a discussion about The Basics of Detoxification. Anthony provided an overview of the digestive system, how and why the body goes into dysfunction, a structured approach to detox, plant-based nutrition, specialty supplements, detox therapies, detox symptoms & the MTHFR gene mutation.
