A 2019 peer-reviewed study published in the Journal of Environmental Research tracks the pesticides and residues in a small cohort of eaters, and found significant reductions when they switched to an all-organic diet. Eating an organic diet for 6 days reduces toxic pesticide levels by more than 60%.
